About this role

The Site Logistic Technicians play a crucial role in operating equipment and control systems responsibly to optimize plant performance. Working across various plant areas, they manage the movement, storage, and shipping of materials, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Follow Operating Discipline principles for safe plant operation
  • Operate and field check process equipment
  • Monitor process conditions and control systems
  • Perform assigned tasks including samples and equipment preparation
  • Resolve process deviations and issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with schedulers and vendors for returns and shipping problem resolution

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Operating Discipline for safe plant operation
  • Operate and field check process equipment
  • Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems
  • Perform assigned operational tasks
  • Ensure operational activities align with plant goals
  • Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process issues
  • Execute crisis response activities
  • Collaborate with schedulers and vendors on returns and shipping

Qualifications
Required education: associate technical degree
Experience: 0-2 years
Key competencies: safety awareness, customer focus, teamwork, initiative, time management, technical proficiency, and adherence to policies
