Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lease negotiation, prepare lease contracts, and manage related documents.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and monitor on-site operations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of properties within the company's portfolio.
  • Prepare annual budgeting, monthly NOI forecasts, market studies, and other AM documents for assigned projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including setting up and maintaining records and SAP systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Construction Project, Finance, or equivalent with postgraduate qualifications in Finance.
  • At least 3 years' experience in asset management, marketing/leasing, or investment work, with knowledge of logistics industry an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modeling for assets.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, strong initiative, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
