Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at Mapletree. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies to optimize income and maximize value from our assets.
  • Key responsibilities include lease negotiation, preparation of lease contracts and other documents, maintaining relationships with tenants, and monitoring on-site operations.
  • You will also be involved in setting tenant mix, devising marketing plans, and controlling expenses to maximize Net Operating Income.
  • In addition, you will prepare annual budgeting, monthly NOI forecasts, market studies, and other documents related to assigned projects.
  • Administrative support tasks such as setting up and maintaining records and SAP systems will also be required.
  • This role involves working closely with the Supervisor and other teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • A degree in Real Estate, Construction Project Management, or Finance, or its equivalent, with postgraduate qualifications in Finance.
  • At least 3 years' experience in asset management, marketing/leasing, or investment work, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modeling are essential.
  • Good command of verbal and written English is required.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, strong initiative, and independence in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
