Job Title: Asset Management Director
Mapletree is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Director to join our team in China. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to optimize income and maximize the value of our assets.
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of our properties within the portfolio.
- Negotiate lease contracts and manage related documents.
- Provide administrative support, including setting up and maintaining records and SAP systems.
- Perform other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Construction Project, or Finance, or equivalent, with postgraduate qualifications in Finance.
- At least 8 years of working experience in asset management, marketing, leasing, or investment work.
- Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling for assets.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Strong teamwork spirit, initiative, and independence in a fast-paced environment.
