Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Executive to join our Asset Management team in China. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in logistics and asset management to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth.

About the Role

As a Logistics Executive, you will play a critical role in formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans to optimize income and maximize the value of our assets. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Asset Management department in managing our logistics operations and ensuring that our assets are utilized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate leases, prepare lease contracts, and manage other documents related to asset management.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and monitor on-site operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) of our projects.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy rates within our portfolio.
  • Prepare annual budgeting, monthly NOI forecasts, market studies, and other AM documents for assigned projects.
  • Provide administrative support such as setting up and maintaining records and SAP systems.
  • Perform other job responsibilities assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Real Estate/Construction Project/Finance or equivalent with postgraduate qualifications in Finance.
  • At least 3 years' working experience in asset management, marketing/leasing, or investment work. Knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modeling for assets.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, strong initiative, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
