You will be joining our Control Tower Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational + customer excellence.


Your Role


Your primary objective will be to manage the operational activities of a specific project in alignment with all key stakeholders to ensure the delivery + execution of the project to a high level with a high focus on customer service excellence.


Your Responsibilities


  • To monitor + achieve all productivity key performance indicators (KPI) at a consistently high level.
  • To proactively engage with hubs, chartering desks, transport engineering, business unit + suppliers.
  • To utilize the Pricing Centre to provide rates for project requirements.
  • To ensure all systems (OGS/SALOG/HSE App) are kept up to date in a timely manner.
  • To utilize 3rd party suppliers as directed, ensuring all work within the HSE guidelines + relevant Working Instructions.
  • To ensure operational performance for 3rd party suppliers (including HSE compliance) meets the required KPI's, escalating issues as needed.

  • Your strong project knowledge + experience of vendor management, along with your customer + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
  • You have been selected for this role for your knowledge across project operations; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
