Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for talents to join our business as OEM Execution Manager, to support outsourcing of manufacturing operation to Contract Manufacturer(OEM). This position will oversee the end-to-end OEM operation and partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and secure supply (OTIF), optimize costs and assure safe conditions.

Your Responsibilities

Capacity/ Production Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional S&OP teams and OEM to develop production schedules that meet inventory, lead-time, and delivery requirements. Align S&OP plans between ADM & OEM; collaborate to mitigate capacity or supply risks if any Inventory Management: Ensure OEM to follow the ADM rules to properly manage inventory, avoid destruction and financial burden Performance Management: Continuously monitor OEM KPIs and metrics to assess the performance of key OEM, regularly review performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Anticipate and alert key stakeholders in case of non-compliance with contractual commitments Continuous Improvement: Track and drive ADM & OEM for Leadtime, efficiency and cost improvements while maintaining high quality standards Change Management: Advocate clear change management process to govern, track and qualify all changes made to the form, fit and function of the product New product commercialization: Support commercialization of new products and/or capabilities from concept to launch, conduct operations feasibility, and project management follow ups Support the quality team to ensure OEM’s compliance of ADM quality and food safety requirements Ensure all data in our ERP system related to OEM products are created/updated on time, in full Other OEM support if any


Your Profile

More than 5 years’ work experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing function with proven leadership experience in coordinating cross functional team Highly skilled communicator with the ability to provide clarity, accuracy and maintain good relationships internally and externally Good knowledge of food/feed processing industry Self-starter, flexible, able to motivate others, works well under pressure Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment Proactive anticipates issues/opportunities & can work through multiple simultaneous projects Rigorous data analysis capability and high execution with efficiency. Excellent attention to details
