Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our FedEx Logistics Management Trainee Program in China. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments, including operations, products, and support functions.

Through on-the-job training, job rotation, and practical work experience in different locations, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of FedEx Logistics' business and operations. Upon completion of the 36-month training program, you will be assigned a permanent position at FedEx Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive training and perform duties in several departments to gain functional and departmental perspective on objectives.
  • Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of FedEx Logistics business development.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by management.
  • Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives.
  • Observe experienced talents in FedEx Logistics to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Provide support as needed by management in various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and ad-hoc project work.
Requirements

We are looking for university graduates in all disciplines, with a preference for those with a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering. Fresh graduates or existing FedEx Logistics employees are encouraged to apply.
