Overview

Waters Corporation is continually seeking top-notch talents to join our team. The Greater China Marketing team is currently in search of a summer intern based in our Shanghai office. This internship offers a fantastic chance to acquire hands-on experience while earning academic credits at the forefront of specialty measurement companies globally. The internship program spans approximately ten weeks and commences right after the student completes their spring semester.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct research to comprehend market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on product performance, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Product Testing: Participate in testing new products or features to pinpoint issues and propose enhancements.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Aid in creating marketing materials and assist sales efforts through product knowledge.
  • Customer Interaction: Support customer service, address product inquiries, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
  • Project Management: Develop project management skills by contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of product-related projects.
  • Documentation: Assist in producing product documentation, such as user manuals, product specifications, and procedure guides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in relevant fields like Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Material Science, Food Engineering, or other related disciplines.
