Position Overview

Are you passionate about managing products, implementing strategies, and optimizing business operations? allnex is looking for a Product Specialist to join us in China, Thailand, or Malaysia. In this role, you will evaluate product performance, advise sales teams, and manage projects to drive strategy success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product groups with Product Line Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations for product line growth.
  • Update monthly costing of product lines with finance & procurement.
  • Analyze and recommend product portfolio rationalization for optimization.
  • Support projects for capacity utilization and cost saving optimization.
  • Facilitate product transfer processes and integration of product lines.
  • Collaborate with demand analysts and sales for demand management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Global Demand Management Process.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 years' experience in Commercial, Cost / Price Analyst, or Supply Chain in Coatings or Chemical Industry.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and good decision-making ability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
