Responsibilities

  • The main focus of this role is to help IIT grow by finding opportunities, developing market strategies, and creating business plans to target specific segments.
  • Manage product lines for industrial instruments, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in engineering, process industry, and multinational corporations.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Implement marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, such as promotional campaigns, events, and channel programs.
  • Collaborate with the RD team on new product development, pricing, and sales analysis.
  • Use daily management tools to track product performance, analyze sales data, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide market direction and guidance to the sales team and distributors, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and monitor marketing ROI to enhance lead generation and go-to-market strategies.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, with a proven track record in product lifecycle management, segment development, and new product introductions.
  • University degree required, preferably in engineering (electrical/thermal engineering is a plus).
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Relevant industrial experience is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to quickly adapt.
  • Effective planning, execution, and resource management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
