Product Marketing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities/DutiesThe main goal of this role is to support business growth by spotting opportunities, building market development strategies, and formulating business plans for target segments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the RD team on new product development, pricing, and forecast.
  • Use management tools to track product performance, conduct sales analysis, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide market direction to sales teams and distributors.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
  • University degree in engineering, preferably electrical/thermal engineering.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relevant industrial experience is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
