Your role and responsibilities
Contributing to the areas of the whole Sustainable Energy Applications and Solutions strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions.
Analyzing customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market
Supporting development of application and solutions, included training, value proposition, communication materials, as well as support test and validation of the different applications and solution; participating in internal work groups to share know-how, processes and market information
Developing and implementing business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the strategies of solution unit and corresponding teams
Establishing and maintaining close dialogue with customer base and key prospects for the purpose of recommending novel technical solutions
Identifying strategic partnership opportunities in key markets with local and global players
Collaborating with all related internal contacts to ensure KPIs achievements of defined targets, in collaboration with Create and Awareness Team and Agile Unit/GPG team, for new solution offering and product launches.
Coordinating solutions marketing launch development plans and ensuring efficient and effective execution together with the Local Sales Units
Identifying strategic partnership opportunities in key markets with local and global players and build close dialogue with customer base and key prospects for the purpose of recommending novel technical solutions
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or/and an equivalent strong technical background in electrical systems
- 5+ years' experience preferably in a global business environment, with Sales & Marketing or Product Management background in the field of low voltage systems and products
- An exhaustive experience in Direct Current applications, addressing Renewables and Sustainability, like e-mobility, microgrids, Solar, Wind and BESS in an added value
- Capability to promote innovative solutions, identify new opportunities in evolving markets and adapt new business model to properly address new and evolving business environments
- High analytical orientation and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent skills in teamworking, communication and negotiation
- Good proficiency in English and availability for business travel (approx. 35%)
- Proficiency in other languages and previous experience working in Agile environments are a plus
