About SAINT LAURENT:

We are currently seeking a Department Manager who will report to the Store Director as part of our dynamic team in China.

Job Overview:
The Department Manager is a specialist in their product category, responsible for enhancing brand engagement among customers to meet departmental goals effectively. Acting as a company representative, you will proactively drive sales operations in alignment with upper management policies, leading, motivating, and coaching your department team towards individual and collective growth and goal attainment.

Role:
The Department Manager ensures brand engagement for goal achievement while embodying the company's vision and policies, motivating and leading the department team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain customers
