Inspire, Serve and Grow the Jordan Culture and Community in a Digital Led Marketplace

Key Accountabilities

Led and Drive Business Goals and Results:

Develop Jordan Digital offense aligning with GC Jordan and NDDC Marketplace Priorities Led the Jordan distinction and offense across all Digital platforms (SNKRS, .com, Tmall, ) Develop Jordan Digital commercial opportunities by providing real time Marketplace and Consumers insights to GC Jordan Consumer teams Deliver the Jordan Business Goals by meeting our ST expectations and maintaining a healthy inventory level

Cross Functional Leadership:

Drive the cross functional offense through the Code process with Digital Merch and Digital Marketing to deliver the most compelling consumer engagement digitally Partner with Insights, DSM and Membership to identify key opportunities Be the key contact with NDDC leadership, ensuring that Jordan brand is well represented and highlighted Be an inspiration with the JDDC team. Provide a consistent feedback and IDP session for each team members
