The Team You Will Join
The Customer Support Business Group is dedicated to providing top-tier customer support for Lam's customers throughout their partnership with the company. We focus on enhancing performance, productivity, safety, and quality of the installed base, offering service and lifecycle solutions for critical equipment and processes.
The Contribution You Will Make
Delivering technical assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support staff who work on diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems. You will step in when initial product support efforts have not resolved issues with malfunctioning equipment or software. Additionally, you will communicate design, reliability, and maintenance concerns to the engineering teams. There might be involvement in customer training and installation processes, particularly for products of a highly technical or sophisticated nature.
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

'On-site Flex' roles require 3+ days per week of on-site presence at a Lam or partner site, with remote work options for the remainder of the week. 'Virtual Flex' roles involve 1-2 on-site days per week, with the rest of the time spent working remotely.
