The role.

Perform fault statistics and analysis based on failure code and return goods. 基于故障代码和返回部件进行故障统计和分析。 Set up the knowledge base and make the training for service engineers or customers. 建立知识库,并为服务工程师或客户进行培训。 Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction. 与客户进行专业有效的沟通,提升客户满意度。 Provide the appropriate technical proposals, spare parts and repair parts for the enquiry. 针对客户的咨询提供合适的技术方案,并解答关于备件和维修件的相关问题。 Make the service concept for the new product project. 对新产品的投放制定服务策略。 Handle with the warranty claim from domestic and oversea about air-cooled drive. 为国内外客户提供变频器相关的技术支持。 Perform on-site trouble shooting service. 支持客户现场故障排除服务。

Your profile.

Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, electric engineering, Automation or related job. Especially, research, engineering, testing or service about mastering drive and motor products. 拥有电力电子、电气工程、自动化或相关专业的本科及以上学历;拥有变频器或相关产品的研究、工程、测试或服务方面相关工作经验。 Mastered electrical drive Knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge. 熟悉电气传动知识、矢量控制、V/F控制和PWM知识。 Have a good fault analysis capability and Troubleshooting experience. 具备良好的故障分析能力和故障排除经验。 Professional communication capability and presentation skill. 拥有专业的沟通能力。 Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5s, A3, Process Mapping. 具备精益知识并了解基本的精益方法,如七大浪费、5S、A3、流程控制等。 Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving. 具有质量意识和基本的质量工具应用能力,包括数据分析和问题解决能力。 Good archiving skill. 报告和文档管理技能。 Basic commercial knowledge. 了解基本的商务流程。 Good English communication skill. 拥有良好的英语沟通能力。
