Job Description
Strategic Planning / Business Development
You'll collaborate with HQ and our Shanghai team to develop and implement strategic plans, track progress and adapt approaches as needed to grow the business within China
Business Administration
You'll be in charge of business administration, and work closely with our HQ to manage Legal, Corporate Governance, Finance and Human Resources components
Team Management and Development
You'll manage a small team (and counting), overseeing their professional development, motivating them and cultivating a work culture aligned with our HQ
Financial/Performance Oversight
You'll manage the P&L, planning, budgeting and controlling expenditure
The Successful Applicant
More than 10 years of relevant experience inclusive of marketing, localisation of foreign brands and team leadershipProven management experience with a genuine desire to help others developA solid grasp of sales and marketing channels, from strategy to implementationStrong Financial acumen with past P&L responsibilitiesData-driven approach with a knack for measuring campaign impactA leaning towards progress, you're always hunting for the next big idea, tracking trends, and developing your methodsProfessional working proficiency in Mandarin and EnglishThe desire to work with an awesome team and help a growing business thrive What's on OfferOur client has carefully built the culture on radical effectiveness.
