Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain necessary technical knowledge and problem-solving skills as a professional Sales Service Engineer through professional training and diverse rotational practices.
  • Develop sales and communication skills, professional English proficiency, and leadership qualities as a junior team manager during the training period.
  • Tailored development plans are provided for each trainee to explore unlimited career growth opportunities on the Ecolab platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (or 0-2 years of work experience), with a preference for Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) majors.
  • Willingness to adapt work schedules to meet customer needs and flexibility in working hours.
  • Open to business trips.
