Your role and responsibilitiesLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and oversees project handover, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources in order to accomplish all project goals
Ensuring compliance to relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued
Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract closeout and acknowledgement by the customer, all in accordance with the contract
Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreement
Supporting Procurement and Logistics in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or above and major in Engineering with subject of Electrical or Mechanical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields
- 3+ years of work experience in project management or sales engineering
- Analytical decision making and problemsolving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- PMP certificate or ABB internal PM certified
- Professional level ability with MS Office tools and experience in SAP
- Must be customeroriented
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written
