About the Role: Smith & Nephew is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT system solutions for Customer Engagement in China, serving the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves managing projects focused on customer engagement solutions aligned with commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will lead projects covering areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Event Management, and Digital & Social Media Platform Applications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement IT solutions tailored to customer needs in China and Asia-Pacific
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Review project performance and provide reports to senior management
- Manage project budgets efficiently
- Ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant laws and standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of customer engagement technologies
- Proficiency in change management and multi-country implementation
- PMP, Agile, Lean, Scrum, ITIL certifications preferred
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Cloud service experience a plus
- AI solution experience beneficial, especially in medical use cases
