What will I be doing?

At Hilton, you will experience how digital transformation really happens in a multi-national company that takes pride in human-centric technology. As an Field Technology Operations intern, supporting our digitalization transformation, you will have exposure to how digital tools can drive higher productivity at our work place, work along with our Field Technology Operations experts to create tools and product that will drive better performance for Project Management and Operations excellence. You will also have the chance to engage with various business functional leaders to build power platform tools from zero to one to create business efficiency and bring long-lasting digital impacts.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

· Support Great China & Magnolia (GCM) Region digital evolution, work with team to map out APAC digital ecosystem and hotel IT Inventory.

· Perform Power APP creation, database structuring and design under manager's guidance.

· Provide ideas for suitable KPIs and build dashboards for stakeholders.

· Learn to understand Hotel Ecosystems and audit data, build holistic data story with recommended actions.

· Interface and communicate with cross departmental stakeholders on their automation plans.

· Document stakeholder workflow and automate their workflow in the Microsoft Power Platform environment including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps and leveraging Sharepoint Site for repository where applicable.

Qualification & Skills

· Bachelor's or master's degree from top tier university with digital technology related background (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, AI and machine learning etc.)

· Advance level of excel formulas for data processing, having knowledge about programming Language or Scripting is required.

· Experience in running personal or official digital channels including but not limited to, websites, blogs, e-commence sites, official accounts, etc. or are sophisticated user with digital knowledge.

· Understand or willing to learn and work in low code data and technical environment.

· Logical thinker, digital savvy, attention to details

· Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and validate unusual data trends and patterns.

· Unlock trends and digital ecosystem in the hospitality industry

· Learn to automate workflows, create low code Power Apps, Power bi and Power Automate

· Work with data to uncover new insights and opportunities.

· Sharpen your communication skills to a diverse set of stakeholders.

· Grow independently and as a team through both face-to-face and remote work.
