Description:


The Key Account Manager for China Energy Solutions (ES), will be responsible for key account sales & management in Transformer sub-segment under China ES team.

He/she will be responsible for Transformer sub-segment target achievement, business strategy execution and increasing key account management level. He/she will be responsible for Transformer new business development and timely collecting, reporting and analyzing market information.
The KAM for China ES will report to Regional Sales Manager for China ES

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving the Transformer sub-segment and responsible customers business target
Engagement with key accounts for product spec in, demand creation, share gain and understanding on customer needs
Continually increase the key account management level, deliver a high level service to customers
Cooperate with value chain partners and make an impact
Drive business opportunity pipeline to ensure mid-long term growth
Promotion activities and increase the influence power on the whole value chain partners
Understand and analyze the market dynamics, technology trend and competition situation
Work with cross functions including marketing, application development, MC, supply chain etc. to achieve team target
Other job assigned by the company

Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5 8 years of sales working experience with proven successful results
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Material Science or relevant majors

Strong at sales skills including lead identification, account targeting, needs assessment, value proposition, sampling, testing, forecasting, negotiation, sales reporting, etc.

Experience in manage complexity in value channel structure
Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, highly collaborative, cross-functional, work environment
Strong sense of business acumen, responsibility; Proactive, result driven, open-minded and a team player
Strong at communication skills, learning agility, functional skills and organizational skills
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently (>50%)
Good written and spoken English
