Job Summary

We are seeking a Business System Manager responsible for overseeing Business System in Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management. The role involves collaborating with all functions and teams at Qingpu plant, driving system process improvement initiatives. If you meet the requirements, this role is perfect for you.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide leadership in enhancing business system & IT excellence – partnering with management and AP functional leader to develop and implement annual business system improvement initiatives to optimize processes from quotation to shipment for speed and efficiency. Ensuring continuous enhancement of Company Business systems & IT environment with necessary technical and operational support,
  • Prioritize and manage business system improvement initiatives – Leading cross-functional improvement projects and overseeing results with internal and external resources.
  • Standardize business process and enhance business effectiveness leveraging SAP best features and Automation in other business systems
  • Support on Daily ERP and SAP issues and generate reports in One BI and SQL
  • Promote a culture of continuous process improvement – advocating for changes made and their business impact to encourage more initiatives on improvement, creating a platform for knowledge and idea exchange to engage all employees with support and knowledge sharing.
  • Connect with PRM global and Autosol for process improvement – engaging with PRM global and Autosol sites to identify optimal solutions and exchange best practices and new concepts among Emerson sites.
  • Perform related work as assigned by manager - Carrying out any other related work as assigned by the manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in development / programming of industrial automation / process control software and advanced software tools.
  • Expertise in SAP functional & technical skills to support SAP projects and address daily operational issues
  • Acquainted with Order Handling, Manufacturing, and Material Planning processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication, initiative.
  • Excellent presentation skills in English. Clearly conveying data, plans, and initiatives in meetings.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, positive work attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products like Office 365 and OneDrive cloud
  • Strong SQL skills for developing SQL reports based on user requirements, familiarity with SSRS is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI tools for report development
  • Proficient in IT budget planning and control

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

●Presentation skills would be advantageous.
