Position Summary

Hold responsibility for overseeing multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a specific region. Take charge of planning, coordinating, and monitoring deployment activities such as process design, specification, and business testing.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a project lead, preferably in SAP deployment projects
  • Experience in managing external providers, system integrators, or consultancies
  • Demonstrated confidence in interacting with senior management levels
  • Basic understanding of End-to-End business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash)
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Other skills: PMP certification and Change Management experience are advantageous.

Main Tasks:
  • Oversee multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects simultaneously within a specific region
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor deployment activities, including process design, specification, and business testing
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and within-budget completion of business project deliverables
  • Coordinate E2E streams' work and offer guidance to drive deployment projects forward
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve business-related issues and risks
  • Manage communication with project stakeholders regarding status, design topics, decision needs, etc.
  • Provide progress reports and escalate needs to the business hub lead
