Amazon is expanding its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively worldwide, and we are seeking a Business Operation Program Manager to accelerate China Sellers' success on the global Amazon Marketplace.

You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Paid Service products, collaborating with various internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute to significant service offerings development and enhancements, and/or launch to support China Paid Service growth.

The Business Operation Program Manager will play a crucial role in helping our Seller-facing Paid Service teams enhance efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and customer value.

You will not simply follow instructions but act as a global and local partner to drive the business and ensure success for both our internal teams and Sellers.

The ideal candidate must be capable of working directly, in a hands-on manner, with multiple stakeholders and business teams on various programs and projects simultaneously. They should deliver solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.

They need to be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, superb communication, and program/project management skills. They should be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easily understandable manner.

The candidate will also need to address highly ambiguous problems, identify root causes, devise and drive simple solutions to complex issues.


In this role, they will be required to develop and implement operational processes to support new product/program launches, revise existing processes for enhancement and streamlining, assist in GTM plan implementation, ensure data hygiene and enrichment, automate scaling, boost productivity, introduce new tools, and help deliver more intelligent and creative solutions to support the Seller-facing teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the business operations roadmap, prioritizing based on organizational needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all China Paid Service operations, collaborate with internal Amazon stakeholders to drive Amazon Paid Service products and initiatives' success
  • Define business requirements for new and existing processes, actively participate in implementation to enhance ease and efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and automate new and existing processes in a standardized and scalable format, leveraging global resources for improvement based on local needs when possible
  • Innovate to enhance the Seller experience by engaging continuously with internal partners to drive business process improvement through in-depth data analysis and seller engagement practices
  • Analyze and resolve operational obstacles, focusing on understanding root causes and pursuing opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Track and report process integration performance using appropriate metrics, striving to achieve productivity and goals
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to address local and global Amazon Paid Service organization questions and issues, provide training on new processes and procedures as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools used for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales automation, etc.
  • Experience in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
