Description:

The Key Account Manager for China Energy Solutions (ES) will manage key account sales in the Transformer sub-segment under China ES team. Responsibilities include target achievement, business strategy execution, and elevating key account management. Additionally, they will focus on new business development and market information analysis.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business targets for the Transformer sub-segment and key customers
  • Engage with key accounts for product specifications, demand creation, and understanding customer needs
  • Elevate key account management, offer high-level customer service, collaborate with value chain partners, and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain a strong business opportunity pipeline, promote activities, and enhance influence on value chain partners
  • Analyze market dynamics, technology trends, and competition while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Undertake tasks assigned by the company

Key Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of successful sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields
  • Proficient in various sales skills and managing complexity in value channels
  • Ability to work in diverse and collaborative environments, with strong business acumen and a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Effective communication, learning agility, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and frequent travel
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
