Our client is a well known energy solutions provider with global presence. With their new strategy in China they are welcoming a BD talents to join their China team.
Job Description
Drive and manage to achieve business goals effectively.Prospect for potential new opportunities/partnerships to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;Build key customer relationships, Identifies business opportunities on renewable (Wind and Solar) mainly, drive the project investment.Take lead and prepare investment paper, post investment review independently and manage 3rd party for due diligence.When approved, sets-up, lead teams to assess risks and potentials, as well as value all the aspects of an BD operation (technical, HSSE, commercial, financial, legal, ethics, risks management, marketing and strategy, HR);Responsible for the negotiation of contracts with interested parties (purchaser, vendor, partners, government bodies): NDA, LOI, MOU, NBO, SPA, SHA, for developing or purchasing projects/services or assets/company;Assist BD Head to complete other issues. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above, electrical engineering background and/or a sound technical understanding of the energy in industrial sectorsWith at least 10 years' renewable industry experience in a Business investment.Experience of Wind and Solar is a MUST.Proficiency both spoken and written in English and Chinese;Ability to build a strong network in the domain of expertise and market.Strong understanding of Wind/Solar market dynamics, competitors, as well as partners.Innovative, stress tolerance, negotiation and decision-making skills.Willingness to travel when needed.Tenacity, persuasiveness, ability to project in the future and to outline strategic focuses and action plans What's on OfferThe role is ideal for new energy sector talents with strong China region resources to achieve their next level of career.
