Project Management Specialist-PRM QP

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist for our team in Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management. This role involves coordinating with partners, customers, and project teams to initiate and manage projects, providing resolutions for business challenges.

  • In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage internal project orders from kick-off to delivery and after-sales support
  • Initiate projects and engage in core project team activities
  • Plan and identify execution risks, proposing mitigation actions
  • Control project progress, costs, and expenses to achieve targets
  • Facilitate project closing meetings, report project status, and provide post-delivery support
  • Contribute to process improvement and simplification initiatives
  • Handle other assignments from the direct manager

Who You Are:

You are resilient in accomplishing goals despite challenges. You excel in communication across various settings and understand the importance of adapting approaches based on the situation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the Valves Industry
  • Strong organization, planning, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Fast learner with a desire for continuous learning
  • Experience in project management operations of foreign invested companies
  • Ability to maintain good relationships and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) & Microsoft suite
  • PMP presentation skills would be an added advantage
