Overview

Are you up for the challenge of overseeing our new store-launch projects in the APAC region? If you dream of taking full responsibility for the entire process of opening a new store for a rapidly growing sportswear brand, then this role is for you We are seeking a retail-oriented tech professional who excels in planning, organizing, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Your Role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for On's retail tech department during new store opening projects in the APAC region, especially mainland China.
  • Plan and coordinate tech installations for new stores in collaboration with teams like IT and construction.
  • Manage the procurement and delivery of tech equipment and oversee on-site installations for technologies such as POS, RFID, LED walls, and Video Players.
  • Train retail store staff on tech-related processes.
  • Maintain and enhance IT systems in APAC stores, working with internal and external specialists for issues like bug fixing, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Conduct regular checks on IT systems in APAC retail stores.
  • Test new processes and software updates.
  • Support the implementation of digital innovation projects in On's retail channels.

Your Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, systems specialization, or field engineering.
  • An engineering or Computer Science degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing new store opening projects involving various stakeholders.
  • Skilled in planning and executing IT and operational projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic project environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in technology and innovation in hardware and software.
  • Excellent English communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a drive to challenge traditional retail norms and optimize processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach to tasks.
