Engineer III, Field Service

As an Engineer III, Field Service at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the unique opportunity to work independently and provide flawless service for SEM/SDB products. Joining our team means being part of a proven organization that is dedicated to delivering world-class technical assistance, consultation, and problem-solving to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installations, training, method and application development, telephone and on-site diagnostics, and repair services for SEM/SDB products.
  • Provide exceptional technical assistance and consultation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports and service work reports, and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share your expertise and enhance our collective knowledge, fostering greater work efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for scientific equipment.
  • Skilled in effectively identifying and resolving issues with SEM/SDB products.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
