As a Software Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for backend and algorithm development in Python and C#. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Your responsibilities
  • Building, maintaining and improving MLOps/DevOps pipeline and infrastructure
  • Supporting unit tests, system integration tests and clearing technical debts
  • Supporting multiple product groups in developing EL Asset Management solutions
  • Collaborating closely with other team members and departments of various background
Your background
  • More than 3-years' experience in software engineering. At least 1-years' experience in machine learning or analytics
  • Major in Computer Science or Engineering related, bachelor's degree or above
  • Write efficient, clean backend code in Python and C# and have a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with JavaScript and Go is a plus
  • Develop effective unit test cases and perform automated testing in DevOps pipeline. Optimize code, improve performance, and speed
  • Build and maintain the algorithm DevOps pipeline using tools such as SonarQube and Docker. Have some architectural understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture, and basic knowledge of cloud services (K8s, Azure and Huawei Cloud is a plus)
  • Build MLOps-related infrastructure and occasionally write algorithms with a basic understanding of machine learning, such as regression and classification
  • Support system integration testing and have experience in agile methodologies
