As an R&D Digital QA Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for participating in software requirements analysis, develops test plan, design and execute test cases.

This is a position with global grade

This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for business functionality testing, automation testing, performance test, etc.
  • Developing test strategy and test plan, designs test cases, presents test report, and ensures project quality and schedule according to the project plan
  • Having a certain ability to promote the test schedule, be able to find the process problems in the project process, optimize the test method and technology, improve the test efficiency
  • Planning and directing software implementation
  • Providing on-site support
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Major in computer or software
  • 1 year or more experience in establishment and maintenance of test environment
  • 1 year or more experience in test automation framework (Cypress, Selenium, etc) and script development, Internet industry experience is preferred
  • Constructing a test automation and execution environment according to the needs of the project team. Able to solve complex appropriate problems through technical means
  • Experience in the design and development of automated test tools or test systems is preferred
  • Has knowledge of Javascript, Python and shell scripting
  • Is good at writing design specification, test case, bug report in English
