As a Industrial Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for actively studying the new equipment & new technology to prepare for the automation & intelligent factory set up together with Intelligent Manufacturing team.

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for Value Stream Map & Standard Operation Procedure & Standard Labour Time setup
  • Ensuring new equipment & new technology study to prepare for the automation & intelligent factory
  • Being responsible for failure analysis and quick trouble shooting ASAP
  • Improving production efficiency from overall point of view.
  • Implementing effective RCA to track improvement performance
  • Setting up effective KPI's to follow up waste reduction and cost saving
  • Ensuring new production line setup together with Intelligent Manufacturing team
  • Being a part of young, dynamic and international team to search and work out new ideas for intelligent factory, work together with project team to develop the ideas into solutions and roll out
Your background
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Production lean improvement, Operation excellence and related field
  • Very good improvement sense and solid improvement results
  • Know well about Industrial Engineering (lean production, operation excellence)
  • Familiar with Intelligent Manufacturing (automation)
  • Good knowledge in medium voltage switchgear is preferred
  • Fluent in oral and written English
