As a Software Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.

Your responsibilities
  • Analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
  • Contributing on ABB ELSE Asset Manager IoT Gateway development
  • Contributing on Integration with devices through Industrial protocols, eg: Modbus, opc etc.
  • Contributing on Integration with other Electrical system software, eg: SCADA
  • Collaborating closely with other team members and departments
Your background
  • • More than 3-years' experience as a web backend developer or similar
  • • Major in Computer Science and Network Engineering related, bachelor's degree or above.
  • • MS Visual Studio C# , C++, SQL Skill required
  • • Good to have industry Communication protocol knowledge (Modbus, opc etc.)
  • • Electrical System related product experience preferred, eg: SCADA system.
  • • With experience of Object-Oriented design.
  • • GoLan experience preferred.
  • • Solid English skill, able to communicate.
  • • Know Agile development and Scrum.
  • • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • • Team player
  • • Good time-management skills
  • • Great interpersonal and communication skills
