As a Standardization and IP management specialist for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for R&D standardization and patent related responsibilities.

Your responsibilities
  • Tracking the changes and revision status of IEC, EN, GB standards related to distribution protection products, and organizing the assessment of the impact of changes
  • Organizing the standardization review and modification of the company's enterprise standards, drawings, reports and other technical documents according to relevant standards
  • Participating in the company's standardization activities, being responsible for the promotion and implementation of standard changes within the company
  • Tracking the domestic and foreign patent trends related to terminal distribution products, and regularly organizing patent analysis and discussion
Your background
  • Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering, electrical automatic related professional
  • At least 3 years' experience in product design and standardization
  • Familiar with product design and development based on relevant standards
  • Understand the patent analysis process and experience in write patent documents.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral. Good communication skill and cross function collaboration ability
  • Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work
  • Result-oriented work style and systematic thinking
