Mercer China M&A Advisory is looking for a professional to join their team in either Shanghai or Beijing.

Position: M&A Consulting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR M&A and Business Transformation strategies and operations, such as deal validation, compliance review, and project management.
  • Develop relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Guide project teams, ensure timely delivery, and contribute to internal training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate and consulting environments, with HR knowledge.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, attention to detail, and project management experience.
  • Quick learner, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Comfortable with travel and remote work.

Stand out with:

  • Commercial acumen and deal knowledge.
  • Background in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Law, or Valuation.
