As an Industry Segment Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for making up national Marine industry strategies based on the practical analysis of regional market situation, ABB product line and regional sales team both from ABB and CP.
Your responsibilities- Directing reginal industry sales to achieve the industry annual target base on the regional industry sub-strategy and virtual report mechanism. Developing industry dedicated channel partner networks
- Coordinating sales team to achieve cross region business, including project and OEM order
- Collecting industry success story or novel typical segment application, introducing the success experience to suitable region for business improvement. Researching on the industry segment knowledge and preparing industry white paper aiming ABB industry solution, and transferring the industry knowledge to both the regional sales and channel partners
- Following the industry developing trend and market intelligence, giving practical adjust advice in time to both LD and sale team aiming the changed situation
- Organizing industry marketing activity and training
- Bachelor's degree or above, MBA as a plus, major in Marketing/ Engineering
- Proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional
- Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure
- Willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues
- Good in writing and reading, fluence in English speaking

The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
