Job Description:

Join our team as a Compliance Senior Manager under the supervision of Compliance Director. In this role, you will provide guidance to a specific Business Unit, serving as an independent compliance advisor across various key areas:
  • Compliance Partnering: Offer daily compliance advice, respond to inquiries from business units, and demonstrate expertise in industry compliance principles and requirements
  • Compliance Review and Approval: Collaborate with teams to review and approve programs based on company compliance standards
  • Compliance Communications: Develop customized compliance training materials for internal clients, conduct trainings, and engage in ongoing communication with sales and marketing leaders
  • Routine Risk Alert and Monitoring: Proactively identify compliance risks for commercial teams, collaborate with monitoring and investigation teams, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks
  • Compliance Policy Drafting and Implementation: Assist in creating new guidelines aligned with industry standards and evolving risks, stay updated on business process changes, and provide insights for continuous compliance improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, economics, finance, accounting, or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in MNC companies or reputable law/accounting firms in the life science sector with a deep understanding of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver information effectively with a positive attitude
  • Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
