Description

  • Carry out timely and fact-based risk assessment through analyses of processes and data, in support of local Compliance function and enhancing the Monitoring program.
  • Assess and identify high compliance risks exposures from Compliance dashboard, T&E and other data sources, for sampling for field monitoring of Interactions activities.
  • Carry out field monitoring of Interactions activities, including Shire meetings, HCP education events, speaker program, patient education events, etc
  • Play an active part in recommending actions to address issues identified in Compliance Monitoring activities and communicating with respective parties.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to execute the Compliance Monitoring program efficiently and effectively.
  • Support compliance investigations and review of remedial action plans when needed.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the annual Monitoring Plan and Program.
  • Provide timely reporting of Monitoring results to local Compliance function and Regional Compliance Monitoring.
  • Support Compliance Monitoring activities.

Profile

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant subject matter
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Compliance or an Internal Audit function
  • Ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across functional teams and business units
  • Good communications skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
