JOB PURPOSEDaily floor supervision of sales team ensuring great customer experiences and thereby driving sales goal attainment and providing real-time performance coaching to drive the overall Burberry Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES 通过适当的员工管理、店铺内务管理、库存管理以及顺畅的零售运作确保为客人提供高标准的服务通过指点和培训带领销售人员为客人提供最佳服务具有较强责任感更好地支持店长工作一如既往地为客人提供高标准的服务个人形象符合品牌标准和公司着装要求了解客户并选择适合客人的销售方式来开展销售。具备良好的产品知识、客服反对意见以及提供适当的附加项目(与销售相关的)收集客户资料并建立客史资料库有效处理电话预订、问讯以及店内各种促销活动知晓如何处理客人投诉的程序知晓店铺销售目标,并努力达成品类及店铺销售目标 补充商品以确保店适当的店铺运作参与店铺盘点并确保店铺货品数量准确确保所有的货品都有正确的标签和说明协助店铺货物送递(如有要求)知晓并有效地执行销售所有流程,比如:退款、换货、增值税、客人投诉、备用金 (现金、信用卡授权、订金)等知晓并有效地运用所有店铺管理系统,完成与店铺预订以及货物调动的所有文书工作知晓并执行公司关于员工内部购买程序知晓并遵守店铺有关健康与安全的程序并参加健康与安全、损失预防的培训(如有要求)积极参与员工培训和店内会议保证店铺日常的清洁完成店长或管理层分配的其他任务PERSONAL PROFILE高中以上学历丰富的产品知识,卓越的销售技巧,人员管理和服务 良好的沟通能力积极主动,团队合作有一定的抗压能力3年或以上零售经验。具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳FOOTERBurberry作为一家提供公平就职机会的雇主,公正平等地对待每一位申请者,并仅以技能和经历的考核为标准进行招募。
