The role of PDS/Fasttrak Director-BIS China at Cytiva entails spearheading growth and ongoing enhancement across various disciplines. This pivotal position empowers functional teams to implement strategies that lead to exceptional end-to-end customer experiences and revenue success.
Based in Shanghai within the Cytiva China Region, this role is pivotal for realizing our vision of advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
As a part of this role, you will have the chance to:
- Lead the Fast Trak China team and align PD/FT China team objectives with the Chinese vision and strategic blueprint.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish a robust pipeline and meet annual PD/BM project goals and sales training targets.
- Engage closely with other Operational Companies to encourage innovation and share best practices.
- Drive the creation of customer project proposals and provide scientific expertise during discussions to ensure top-notch outcomes.
- Supervise projects and initiatives to achieve annual revenue objectives, with a focus on promoting the integration of Cytiva products.
- Recruit and retain top talent while fostering an environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and professional growth.
The key requirements for this role encompass:
- Prior experience in a leadership position overseeing direct reports.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Extensive background in process development with a solid scientific foundation.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of excelling in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer-centric setting.
- Hold an advanced degree (PhD or Master's in Life Sciences).
