As the Information & Cybersecurity Consultant at Continental, you will:

  • Lead and participate in security projects to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments (penetration tests), identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into new and existing systems and applications.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with security policies and processes to safeguard confidential information.
  • Provide valuable insights on security best practices, emerging threats, and industry standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advice on security-related issues and solutions.
  • Monitor security incidents, conduct investigations, and create response strategies.
  • Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise (3+ years) in IT security, with a strong understanding of network security and offensive security knowledge.
  • Have project management experience in leading multifaceted IT security projects.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards like TISAX and GDPR.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or PMP which are advantageous.
