Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Proactively address issues as they arise, keeping the project on track and within scope. Budget Management Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are met.Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and make recommendations for cost optimization. Stakeholder Communication Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for project sponsors and leadership.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Business, Engineering, etc.).Proven 8 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the scientific or technology industry.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take ownership of projects, performing job requirements with minimal oversight and attention to detail.Exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines.Previous experience managing new product introductions, and products involving both hardware and software components.
