Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for commercial finance analysis and reporting including Sales pipeline, Market share, Opportunity, New Wins. Lead quotation and define price strategy to support Sales and Marketing team in defining go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Supply Chain activities, drive cost efficiencies, and provide commercial solutions for sustainable growth.
  • Manage product portfolio based on market demand, competition, and company objectives. Understand R&D lifecycle impacts and drive profitability.
  • Oversee CAR process, optimize manufacturing foot-print, and ensure flawless execution for expansions & integrations.
  • Provide commercial financial support to Sales & Marketing, Product line, and cross-functional teams.
  • Review commercial contract T&Cs, ensure compliance, and protect company interests on payment terms.
  • Define Customer Credit policy in collaboration with Sales department to control credit risk.
  • Develop new business opportunities through detailed cost analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare financial reports, lead month-end close, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Conduct profitability analysis by customer, product line, country, market segment, to drive business performance.
  • Lead OEM Sales Group in Long Term Agreement Analysis and Ad Hoc Queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with fluency in English.
  • 8+ years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting and business processes.
  • Experience in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based environments.
  • Commercial finance background.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports with financial insights to drive business performance.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Quick learning agility and strategic thinking.
  • Strong storytelling and influencing abilities.
