As an Operations/Supply Planner for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for project plan optimization, planning execution follow up and other planning & fulfillment related tasks, ensure related problems quick response, projects on time delivery and to achieve maximum efficiency & productivity. Monitor and improve the inventory and project lead time.

This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your responsibilities
  • Following up and monitoring production plan implementation status, including material, capacity, and project schedule, resolving the issues found in the process on time
  • Leading the discussion/decision of problems which influence project on time delivery, to clear responsibly and timely resolved compared with project plan
  • Motoring project progress and lead time, leading the discussion and driving catch up actions when delayed
  • Performing material tracking according to project schedule and drive the improvement of material availability
  • Being responsible for data analysis for project planning and execution, drive improvement of related KPIs
  • Performing other tasks assigned by manager
Your background
  • A Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background preferred
  • Working experience in production planning positions in manufacturing industry, continuous improvement, experience of engineering to order business is preferred
  • Experience of problem solving and capable of leading and learning
  • Leading or cooperating continuous improvement
  • Must be good at data analysis, structure thinking, team working and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP and Microsoft office
  • Good in oral and written English
