Senior Marketing Consultant for Biotech Growth

Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and executing growth strategies for the Biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions and daily operations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, developing value propositions for targeted segments.
  • Utilize both internal and external resources to generate insights at the segment level and provide strategic marketing consultation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Work alongside global marketing teams to enhance understanding of market opportunities and adapt global resources to local needs.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends and customer behaviors to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage assigned projects with a proactive approach, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: A Master's degree or higher in Biology or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required; a PhD is advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in marketing or a combination of marketing and technical support experience within the Biopharma industry, with a proven understanding of the China Biopharma market.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in analyzing and summarizing complex technical and market data.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on results.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
