Our Practice Overview - AMI
We help automotive and manufacturing companies stay ahead of markets and competitors through creative growth strategies and aggressive cost reduction programs. Our clients include many of the world's largest manufacturing companies on six continents. We also assist multi-site services and custom manufacturing companies to improve businesses which are difficult to run.
What You Will Do
- Manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
- Support our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution.
- Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
- For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 6-8 years, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- AMI industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within AMI area is preferred.
- Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Manager and Principal hires to lead these activities.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
