Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, campaigns, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Planning and Development: Collaborate with clients to build briefs, develop ideas, tactics, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Account Growth and Development: Drive business value for clients, defining KPIs and delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Client Leadership: Lead the client services team, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving growth visions for teams and clients.
  • New Business Support: Contribute to and participate in new business pitches, helping to secure new clients and opportunities.
