Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality management of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials and components.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure quality expectations are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and other quality management systems.
- Certified internal auditor or process auditor certificate preferred.
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 6 Sigma.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
